The questions everyone asks.
When does the beta become paid?
When the Stripe integration ships and the free tier limits start enforcing server-side. Every waitlist subscriber gets two weeks of notice, and your invite locks in the listed prices for life if you upgrade in the first 30 days.
What happens at 501 nodes on Free?
The 501st create returns 402 Payment Required with an upgrade URL. Reads keep working and your existing 500 nodes stay searchable. Delete one to create a new one, or upgrade to Pro.
Do agents count as seats?
No. Agents are tokens, not seats. A Pro plan with 5 agents and 1 human is $19/month, not $19 times 6. Seats are humans who can log into the dashboard.
Can I bring my own model key?
On Pro and up. Set your gateway key in Settings. It stays a local override, never logged. When set, your inference budget is whatever your provider gives you; we don't meter on top.
What's the refund policy?
14-day no-questions refund on any paid plan. After day 14, prorate to the end of the billing cycle, no further charges.
Do you have a non-profit or student plan?
Yes. Pro is free for verified students and for registered non-profits under $1M/yr revenue. Email founders@bcontext.es with proof and we move you over.
